God of War Ragnarok with the more demanding PC requirement

Still with the trend followed by Sony recently, they also release their Playstation games to PC platform, and this time is God of War Ragnarok, which is the sequel from the first games released in 2018 for PS4 which is also released for Steam.

The games itself has been released, but in case you miss the release for PC, then you must need to know the full requirement to play this games well. This should be crucial thing, since a computer is obviously different with a console with the component you can upgrade depending on budget.

Jetpack Interactive again has the job to make this port as optimized as possible for PC. And of course, with the suggested requirement, you can play this games as it should be.

Like the first God of War for PC, some features has been added like "unlocked" frame rate, FSR or DLSS,

Since the games is released on PS5, you may expect the graphics, beside the gameplay, is the outstanding thing about the games.

Apparently no recommendation for 720p, of course when your computer can run the games at 1080p, then it can run the games better on lower resolution. Moreover, for 1080p with 30 fps on low setting that the games target, you need 5500 XT from AMD or GTX 1060. And when they are connected with Ryzen 3 2100 or i5 4670k, then it should be enough for minimum requirement.

Some gamers certainly can't afford the better graphics card, hence playing the games on right setting without sacrificing too much frame rate is needed. However, for this you must also lower your target resolution.

Now moving to RTX 2060 Super, or RX 5700 from the red side if you still aim to play at least in 1080p at medium setting, which is recommended by the publisher.

To avoid the bottleneck, the strong CPU should be the main component to pair with the video card, and the option recommended here Ryzen 5 3600 and Intel i5 8600.

Finally the best experience when you can run God of War Ragnarok on higher resolution like 1440p, and certainly more raw power is needed. RTX 3070 and RX 6800 is actually needed for such resolution.

Moreover, playing the games with RTX 3060 or RX 6600 may still seem a good idea, since they are mid range gpu and could play many games well at least in 1080p.

Don't forget that you need 16 GB Ram, win 10 and 190 GB SSD only, so yes it's not wise to install the games on a HDD.
