So yes now begin to see the requirement to play Civilization VII.

As usual with 1080p as the standard resolution, with i3 10100 and Ryzen 3 1200 for the recommended CPU. One of Arc A380, GTX 1050, or RX 460 is required as well for the graphics card.

Arc A380 from Intel to start this as minimum component you need to play the games, and interestingly it's not equal with RX 460 or GTX 1050 in term of raw power.

In fact you can see if Arc A380 as a direct competitor of RX 6400 and GTX 1650 (DDR5). Arc A380 as a gaming video card should be ideal enough for 1080p, with the setting you can set on lower for certain games if you need better frame rate.

For RX 460 it's a relatively old video card from AMD, and is a discontinued product which is later followed by RX 560 as the successor that brings more Vram.

This RX 460 is also good enough to compete with GTX 660 that came four years earlier.

And the last minimum GPU requirement is GTX 1050 which is faster than RX 460, but it's slower than Arc A380.

Now for 1080p this GTX 1050 is not fast enough for catching up with latest heavy games, but surely you can still play Civilization VII at 1080p.

For the storage and RAM, it does not require that much and most computer could run it, given 8 GB for RAM is already standard for today, and 20 GB required for the space is not that much compared to many games released recently.

Rest assured since the games will come in February next year, so you can save money to upgrade the computer if you are still using a potato computer.
