High appreciation deserve to be directed to the EA and DICE, of course. For those who fear that this reboot process will make Mirror's Edge Catalyst deviate from what made the first series beloved, your concern seems to be seen more and unwarranted through 5 minutes of new gameplay trailer which shown by EA's Gamescom 2015. It still looks like Faith and parkour action as we know, this trailer makes the anticipation rose. Visual quality that looks better, the design world feast for the eyes, and the combat system that looks more flowing parkour movements are super fast clearly visible here.
